Carefully raised, the estate has 12 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc (and 4 ranks of Chasselas!). In this region, vineyards are mostly divided but we’re lucky to have all of ours vineyards all around the house, mainly in the hamlet called Bouchot. Pruned following the « single Guyot » method, our vines are the core of our work. Everything begins here…
